Apple Crumble
Ingredients:
Filling:
- 3-4 apples (diced)
- ½ cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Topping:
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup oats
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ½ cup cubed butter (1 stick)
Directions:

Grease an 8×8 or 9×13 pan

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit

In a large bowl, combine diced apples, sugar, lemon juice, flour, and cinnamon

Pour the mixture into the pan/baking dish

In a separate bowl, combine flour, oats, and brown sugar. Then, add the cubed butter into the dry mixture and use hands to combine until the texture is crumbly.

Sprinkle the crumbled mixture on top of the filling

Bake for 45-50 minutes until the top is golden brown
